Visiting Auschwitz was one of the most powerful and emotional experiences I’ve ever had. The organization of the tour was excellent — everything was very clear, from the entry process to the timing of each section.
Our guide was outstanding: knowledgeable, respectful, and deeply engaging. They explained the history with great detail and sensitivity, making sure everyone understood the significance of what we were seeing. The pace of the tour was perfect, allowing enough time to reflect without feeling rushed.
The schedule was also very well managed. Everything ran on time, and the transitions between different areas of the camp were smooth and organized.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. It was informative, moving, and something I believe everyone should experience at least once.

We decided to make our own way there. The day before, we received all the details about the tour via WhatsApp (when and where to be, the address—there’s a parking lot right there for about €5–6). There was also an option to pre-order a lunch box, but we decided against it. Once we arrived, they first explained the schedule for the day. We were assigned our tour guide, who also explained the process to us again in German. The tour was extremely informative, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Amazing experience, 100% recommend. Excellent communication, we were sent the details of the pick up the day before and departed right on time. All th tour guides were fantastic .

#Everything was perfect from start to finish! After reading other reviews I was a bit concerned, but the day was planned perfectly. We were sent a WhatsApp message a couple of days before with information, and again the day before the trip. Our collection from the hotel was arranged for 8:10am and was greeted by the lovely Kuba by 08:06am. He explained everything we needed to know and gave us alot of useful information about both the trip and Krakow itself. The minibus was comfortable and clean. Our first stop was the Salt mines. We went straight to the front of the queue and was in there within 10 mins. Amazing place and great tour guide provided. Next stop, Auschwitz. This was about 1hr 20 mins away. We were given a 15 minute break when we arrived and then straight in with no problems. A very harrowing, educational place. We were there for around 1.5hrs and was provided again with a great tour guide to show us around. We then got back on minibus and was taken around 5 mins away to Birkenau where we stayed for about an hour with the same tour guide as in Auschwitz. After the trip we were taken back to where you wanted to get dropped off (hotel/centre etc) I would highly recommend this trip and highly recommend this company! :)

The sites and tour commentary were very good. Issued with transportation from the final location back to our accommodation. We did not have phone or SMS access. Did gave Whars App but no messages came through.
