The visit to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum was an extraordinary and deeply moving experience. The tickets purchased through the Headout app were fine, and the organization went smoothly. The guide was very professional, well-prepared, and provided a lot of valuable information, explained clearly and respectfully. I recommend this experience to anyone who wants to better understand the history and significance of this place.

The tour was intense and emotionally challenging. Our French-speaking guide was excellent, but a morning is far from enough... However, changing the tour schedule less than 24 hours beforehand can put a group's organization in the red, especially if they're staying more than an hour away.

Visiting Auschwitz is not a tourist experience, it is an exercise in memory, conscience and humanity. The silence, the names and the stories remind us how far hatred can go when indifference wins. It is about using this experience to pass on to my children the importance of fighting for a just and equal society for all.

I booked this tour with Headout due in part to the positive reviews. The tour in fact was excellent, well organized and with pickup from the meeting point at the time indicated in the reservation. No big wait, well paced times with even small useful breaks for coffee. The only note is that it was difficult to find the right van because no license plate or anything else is given in the confirmation email.

It was a wonderful experience. Fin is what I thought "wonderful" was the right word? I don't know. But thanks to the guided tour, which allows us to understand everything, learn every detail, accompanied by the driver who follows you wherever you go, it makes this experience perfect and lightened compared to the horrors we can discover in these places...

The tour was very well organized. Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable. He also translated for us on the tour. Auschwitz-Birkenau was a powerful experience. Parts felt a little rushed- but there is so much to see, and they are large sites to cover in the amount of time allotted. That being said, I learned so much and appreciated how our guide shared the stories about what happened here. The salt mines were a wonderful experience as well! The sculptures are beautiful, and the tour sharing the history of the mines was very interesting. I would highly recommend this tour.
