The organization was flawless, starting with the bus arriving right on time and the detailed information we received during the trip about how the day would unfold. Our guide, Joanna, was truly fantastic; she immersed us in the historical context with a professionalism that conveyed deep respect for these places. It’s an experience you shouldn’t miss—one that really touches your heart.

Visiting this monumental location was on my bucket list for long time. Incredibly well preserved and I hope it will stay as it is to be a warning for future generations.

Visiting Auschwitz was one of the most powerful and emotional experiences I’ve ever had. The organization of the tour was excellent — everything was very clear, from the entry process to the timing of each section. Our guide was outstanding: knowledgeable, respectful, and deeply engaging. They explained the history with great detail and sensitivity, making sure everyone understood the significance of what we were seeing. The pace of the tour was perfect, allowing enough time to reflect without feeling rushed. The schedule was also very well managed. Everything ran on time, and the transitions between different areas of the camp were smooth and organized. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. It was informative, moving, and something I believe everyone should experience at least once.

We decided to make our own way there. The day before, we received all the details about the tour via WhatsApp (when and where to be, the address—there’s a parking lot right there for about €5–6). There was also an option to pre-order a lunch box, but we decided against it. Once we arrived, they first explained the schedule for the day. We were assigned our tour guide, who also explained the process to us again in German. The tour was extremely informative, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The tour was very well organized. Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable. He also translated for us on the tour. Auschwitz-Birkenau was a powerful experience. Parts felt a little rushed- but there is so much to see, and they are large sites to cover in the amount of time allotted. That being said, I learned so much and appreciated how our guide shared the stories about what happened here. The salt mines were a wonderful experience as well! The sculptures are beautiful, and the tour sharing the history of the mines was very interesting. I would highly recommend this tour.
