All in all, everything was great. The day before, we received messages from several people, each with different information (regarding the time and a change in the tour guide). This initially made us a bit uneasy and cost us some time, but we decided to go ahead with the tour anyway and were very pleasantly surprised. The pickup went smoothly, and we were notified in advance if the driver was running late. The tour was extremely well organized.

The scheduled time of 8:00 a.m. was moved up to 5:20 a.m.! We still had a 20-minute walk to the meeting point. That’s really early for a vacation. Punctual pickup and good organization. German tour. The accompanying guide spoke German that wasn’t entirely clear and wasn’t always easy to understand. We were also rushed a bit... kept walking further and further... it was a bit too fast for me. Combining it with Buchenau makes sense; the same guide led both tours. Overall, a truly impressive journey into the atrocities of the Nazi regime.

It was an incredible experience, and we’d like to thank our guide, Przemek, who gave us all the directions we needed to get there and took the time to answer our questions about the history of Auschwitz. Thank you! We highly recommend this tour!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave a all round tour. It was something I had on my bucket list for a long time and it was worth every penny. It was a thought provoking and an eerie experience walking with ghosts in their footsteps very emotional

Visiting Auschwitz was one of the most powerful and emotional experiences I’ve ever had. The organization of the tour was excellent — everything was very clear, from the entry process to the timing of each section. Our guide was outstanding: knowledgeable, respectful, and deeply engaging. They explained the history with great detail and sensitivity, making sure everyone understood the significance of what we were seeing. The pace of the tour was perfect, allowing enough time to reflect without feeling rushed. The schedule was also very well managed. Everything ran on time, and the transitions between different areas of the camp were smooth and organized. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. It was informative, moving, and something I believe everyone should experience at least once.

#Everything was perfect from start to finish! After reading other reviews I was a bit concerned, but the day was planned perfectly. We were sent a WhatsApp message a couple of days before with information, and again the day before the trip. Our collection from the hotel was arranged for 8:10am and was greeted by the lovely Kuba by 08:06am. He explained everything we needed to know and gave us alot of useful information about both the trip and Krakow itself. The minibus was comfortable and clean. Our first stop was the Salt mines. We went straight to the front of the queue and was in there within 10 mins. Amazing place and great tour guide provided. Next stop, Auschwitz. This was about 1hr 20 mins away. We were given a 15 minute break when we arrived and then straight in with no problems. A very harrowing, educational place. We were there for around 1.5hrs and was provided again with a great tour guide to show us around. We then got back on minibus and was taken around 5 mins away to Birkenau where we stayed for about an hour with the same tour guide as in Auschwitz. After the trip we were taken back to where you wanted to get dropped off (hotel/centre etc) I would highly recommend this trip and highly recommend this company! :)
