One must understand when one visits this memorial that it is visited by between 3000 and 6000 people per day. Extremely good logistics are needed to manage this! I think that this tour group managed it phenomenally well! Our guide (Suzana) was also extraordinary. She spoke with emotion and reverence. Highly recommended experience. For me it was lifechanging.

Absolutely amazing tour. The driver who picked us up and dropped us off was so friendly and welcoming then when we got to Auschwitz-Birkenau our tour was was so knowledgeable and went into such depth with everything. He took time to let us all take in what was surrounding us. Such a surreal experience for something so morbid. The knowledge we all have now of what happened there is fantastic. Couldn't fault the trip at all. 10/10. Thank you so much!!

A very good experience in the company of our guide Karolina who was incredible during this visit. Despite my wife's difficulties in keeping up with the pace of the visit (it should be pointed out that it's a steady pace for the more frail), our guide showed great empathy towards us and waited for us all the way before proceeding with the explanations. She was able to bring out the heavy past of the place with her details as well as the stories of the people who passed through this camp. Thanks again for everything, it was a great experience both emotionally and humanly.

Visiting Auschwitz was a powerful and emotional experience. The place feels heavy, and it is hard to imagine what happened there. Walking through the barracks, gas chambers, and crematoria, I felt sadness and shock. The personal belongings of prisoners, like shoes, glasses, and suitcases, make the history real. It is not just a museum, but a memorial to millions of innocent people who suffered and died. The tour guides explain the history clearly and with respect. It is difficult to see, but important to learn about the Holocaust and to remember the victims. Auschwitz teaches us about the dangers of hate and intolerance. Everyone should visit once in their life, to understand and never forget.

Our guide Mario and driver Joe were fantastic. Mario provided a wealth of information in a way appropriate to the memorials visited. He was patient and thoughtful of all participants. The memorials themselves were solemn and well worthwhile seeing to observe the hate of the past. It's not the type of tour we would do again, but we are very glad we took the opportunity to do the tour, and thankful for our guide Mario, who also offered advice and recommendations of books from the Birhenau book shops.

One of the most heartbreaking places you'll ever visit but in reality it's important for us to see it because our ancestors once lived here, albeit in horrific living conditions. To all the fallen martyrs- salud

Earlier this ticket used to be much pricier, not sure if headout put it on discount or if the original ticket price went down. Either way, thanks
