Even though the tour was brought forward from 11 a.m. to 8 a.m., the organization was very good overall. Everything went smoothly. Our tour guide spoke very good German and explained a lot and also answered questions. The 3:30h tour goes by quickly and is a bit superficial. There is little time to look at things in peace. You would have to book one of the longer tours for that. Overall, it was a very good experience (despite all the terrible things we saw and heard)

A place that should be visited at least once in a lifetime. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave a detailed account of what was seen in the death camps. It remains a strong image in the mind and heart

Except for the fact that we had booked the tour leaving at 10 a.m. and the time was changed to 5:40 a.m.😓in the end it turned out better than expected because we finished by lunch and had half a day left. The tour is nice with the guide but a bit quick.Margherita was wonderful, very thorough and kind, she gave us useful advice about staying in Krakow as well.

Auschwitz-Birkenau opportunity not to be missed. Well prepared guide and very informative. Provided transport from hotel excellent. Salt Mines interesting but at times a bit lengthy. Exit a bit confusing. Provided transport to hotel excellent.

One of the most heartbreaking places you'll ever visit but in reality it's important for us to see it because our ancestors once lived here, albeit in horrific living conditions. To all the fallen martyrs- salud
