Everything was very well organised, with a punctual pick-up from the Krakow meeting point. Communication from the booking stage onward was clear and efficient. The guide at Auschwitz was excellent. We booked online through Royal Tours and had a great experience overall.

All personell were amazing. Marcin very good at telling the history. He did it like if it was a story. Michael was very kind. The tour delivered all that was promised and more as we were able to go to Krakow even if we didnt originally paid it (we paid it at the end of tour).

Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. The girl who accompanied us on the bus was very attentive to everything, making sure that no one got lost because there are many people in the countryside when we arrived. And the tour was Ursula, very professional, speaking perfect Spanish and giving many explanations of how everything went. Hard and emotional experience but necessary to remember and not to forget.

Very didactic visit, full of history and emotions, where the guide immerses you in the host of Auschwitz - Birkenau. You have time for short breaks to have a drink or go to the toilet. You can take pictures, videos but always with the utmost respect for the place you know you are visiting.

Visit auschwitz-birkenau with this company was an incredibile experience! It was everything well organised, we appreciated the fact that the driver come really near to our position and also for the return! The driver was very gentle, friendly and professional, for sure, always next to the group! The guide was so emphatic and professional too, her moderate tone was very suitable for the moment and the place, so respectful but also with so much history! We appreciated the lauch box, a very smart idea! We think that this service is fantastic and precise as it is and we are very glad to have done it together with this fantastic group!

This was a brilliantly organized trip, I highly recommend, I searched across a ton of platforms to find the right tour as it's tricky to select with so much choice, but this was 100% the right choice We were collected on time via private transfer, and taken great care of through the day, Jacob was fantastic in explaining everything and the guide was brilliant. Very educational and a great glimpse into life at the camps - private transport there and back, picked up from our hotel - skip the line tickets - tours of Auschwitz & Birkenau with an English speaking guide (the tech in the tour was really good, guide spoke to a microphone which connected to our headsets)

The tour was very well organized. Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable. He also translated for us on the tour. Auschwitz-Birkenau was a powerful experience. Parts felt a little rushed- but there is so much to see, and they are large sites to cover in the amount of time allotted. That being said, I learned so much and appreciated how our guide shared the stories about what happened here. The salt mines were a wonderful experience as well! The sculptures are beautiful, and the tour sharing the history of the mines was very interesting. I would highly recommend this tour.

Change of pick up time to very early makes the first impression not so good. The arrangement itself of transfers was very good.
